Ki breathing is an energy manipulation technique. It is very easy to learn. - Sit or stand in a relaxing position and close your eyes.
- Visualize yourself as a hollow shell.
- Now begin to start deep breathing. Inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth. As you do this visualize you breathing in a bright blue mist on inhale filling your body with light blue mist, and on exhale blowing out black dark smoke.
