Balancing your energetic system

Balancing your energetic system is a good thing to do every once in awhile, so that your energy can be flowing smoothly throughout your spiritual subtle bodies. This is a very simple practice that anyone can do to go over their energy field to cleanse it, and balance it in order to bring it back up to good working order.

The first thing that you are going to need to do is find a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed. This should also be in the timeframe where you feel you will have enough time, and not be rushed. You should also be wearing comfortable clothing during this in order to get you in the right mood to do this working. You will want to go through the process of finding a comfortable place to sit, or lay where you will be comfortable, while performing this technique. You will also want to go through the process of casting, or using spiritual protection to make sure that your space is safe for you to do this technique.

Next you will want to close your eyes, and get into a meditative state, or at least a very relaxed state, so that you will be able to visualize, and move energy around your body. Take time in this step to focus on your breathing, and to bring your awareness to your body. Begin to visualize your body in your mind’s eye while breathing steadily. continue to do this until you feel you’ve entered a state in which you can focus on all aspects of your body, while also being in a comfortable, and relaxed state.

Now we are going to want to go through the process of centering, and grounding ourselves, so that we will be able to bring our energy back to ourselves, and push any energy that is negative, or not serving us into the earth to be cleansed, and recycled. In order to center yourself you are going to have to see your energy as a mist, or light, then visualize all of that coming together as a ball in the center of your being. By you focusing upon this you will be able to bring the energy to the center of yourself, once there you can then begin the grounding process. See that ball of mist, or light begin to grow roots, and shoot those roots into the ground beneath your feet attaching yourself to the earth, and to this place of being. Once you finish this take time to continue breathing, and to visualize the negative energies in your body begin to run down the roots into the earth.

Once you have grounded, and centered yourself, it is time to focus on the energy centers of your body. You can choose to focus on the 7 mains central energy centers or you could go for a more thorough job, and also go for all the ones in your arms, and legs. If you don’t have much time to work you can always opt for the three main energy centers of the body the one on the top of your head, the one in your heart, and the one in your solar plexus. Getting these ones working will be good enough to greatly increase the overall energy flow of your body, while also being able to energize the other ones that are near to it. See these energy centers as balls of floating light, or mist, and see them glowing brighter, and becoming more dense, and vibrant. By going through this process of visualizing them individually, and by focusing on them you will be able to cleanse and charge them which will help bring you into more balance. once you go over all of the energy centers that you want to focus upon, clean off, and energized you can move on to the next step.

In this step I’m going to need you to open up your crown energy center, so that you can open yourself up to your higher self, and the universe above in order to gain energies that you need. In order to do this all you have to do is focus on your crown energy center, and visualize light, or mist coming from above into it. Feel this energy flowing into your body charging it, and cleansing it as it does so. continue to do this until your body feels energized.

Once you are done doing all of that and you feel sufficiently energized you can begin to come out of this meditative, and relaxed state by opening your eyes, taking a few more deep breaths in order to come back to your normal state. After that you are done, and can go about your day.
