Viadescioism: Divine Archetypes

Tetractys DDDD.png

This is a personal understanding, and is connected to my personal spiritual philosophy Viadescioism.

Archetypes are basic types of patterns that represent constructs, and entities, and are a certain mold in which these things fit into. There are many different types of archetypes, and paradigms that lay out specific ones, but in the Viadescioic understanding of archetypes there are 10 recognized archetypes in which divinity manifest as. These 10 divine archetypes are based off of the understandings of the tetractys, the divine energies, and the roles of deities in religion, and mythology.

Communing with the archetype allows you to bring the energies, and understandings that that archetype has to offer into your life, without having to interact with specific dogmas, or practices surrounding a specific entity that fits that archetype. This allows the individual to have more control, individuality, personalization, and nuance when communicating with divinity, and the aspects of existence. This will allow you to focus more heavily on the pragmatic aspect of invoking divinity into your working through a more broad, and generalized version of the other practices allowing you to more easily connect, and commune with divinity.

The archetypes can be worked with, so that you will be able to call fourth it, and everything else that is part of that archetype. You are also able to try to fit into those archetypes of divinity in order to take on the aspects of them, and try to fit in to there mold in order to be more closely connected with that archetype. This ability to take on the aspect of a deity is called a deific mask, and is a powerful tool that can be used to improve your life, your connection to divinity, and your magick.

Specific types of deities can portray more than one divine archetype, because of that certain aspects of them can be invoked when calling upon one archetype over the other.

The Genesis:

The genesis archetype also known as the divinity archetype, the supreme being archetype, godhead archetype, or the apeiron archetype is the first archetype of my paradigm, and is the model of an entity, or construct, which encapsulates, and interpenetrates all things. It is the highest point of emanation, and holds everything, and is the raw power for everything. It is a construct, or entity that is eternal, and ever present in all aspects of reality, and existence. Who has always been, and who will always be. They are omnipresent, omnipotent, and omniscient and are the raw overarching power, and energy of the universe. They are something that is incomprehensible, infinite, and stretches throughout all time, and space. It is the monadic nature of the universe, and is the divine oneness of all.

The Genesis archetype is connected to the element of spirit, and contains both masculine, and feminine energies. On the tetractys the genesis archetype corresponds to the monadic nature of existence in the first row, and is the point in which all other things spring from. This archetype encapsulates the understandings of universal energy, and an overarching idea of divinity.

You would want to call upon the genesis archetype when you need:

  • To connect with divinity
  • To connect with unity
  • To connect with the infinite
  • For enlightenment
  • And other things along these lines…

The Theós:

The theós archetype also known as the divine masculine archetype, great god archetype, the king of the gods archetype, sacred masculine archetype, the allfather archetype, and the yang archetype, along with other names is based in the understanding of masculine energy, and the manifestations of it. The theós archetype is an entity, or construct that holds masculine energy relative to being, and is the aspect of the god in existence. This archetype is direct, projective, active, and fixed.

The theós archetype contains the 3 states of masculine energy these states being the boy, the father, and the old man. All of the states are combined together within the understanding of the theós archetype. Though it can be brought out at different times in the manifestation of this archetype.

The boy is the young, innocent, and mutable form of the theós archetype. It is dynamic, and curious, but can be foolish, and reckless. The boy inspires new ways of thinking, and looking at the world, and is creative, and inventive. They speak their truths directly, and are eager to share their new ideas.

The father is the authoritative, controlling, and immutable form of the theós archetype. It is overbearing, and aggressive, but it can also be very nurturing, and protective. There truly powerful leaders who lead through strength, and charm, and are able to keep track of everything that they have authority over. They are quite intelligent, and are able to think, and strategize effectively, and are the rulers of their own minds. They’re very precise in their controlling, and are quite severe, and disciplined. Their aggressive and assertive, but it is masked by their generosity, and confidence.

The old man archetype is the knowledgeable, understanding, and balanced form of  the theós archetype. The old man is wise, and intuitive, while being humble, and relaxed.

The theós archetype also has a little bit of the theá archetype within them known as the anima.

The theós archetype is also the archetype of the divinity who creates, and brings some form of substance into being, or into a new state. These archetypes use the raw power from the monadic nature of the existence in order to set forth creation into reality through the construction of substances. They do not create new energy, but much rather act as a tool in order to divinely use the energy that is already present in existence in order to direct it towards a certain purpose, goal, or being.

They take what has already been made into substance, and release it back to the raw power of existence, or they can also act as a tool, and be able to adjust, or change substance into a different form or state much like a stonemason chiseling stone.
